My priority meeting clients at whatever stage they are at on their journey and providing them with a safe space to explore, process, and/or heal. I allow and support clients to experience difficult emotions, engage in meaningful communication, and achieve their highest potential, as defined by them.
I use an eclectic approach, incorporating Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, or DBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Family Systems Approach to engage and expand my clients' understanding of Self and their world.
I am excited about incorporating The Polyvagal Theory with clients, which can assist in normalizing negative emotions, provide a roadmap to healing, and enable a greater understanding of the body and mind connection.
My practice focus is providing individual and family psychotherapy to a wide variety of clients, specializing as an Ally for the LGBTQIA+ community.
I am passionate about my work with and am supportive of the Polyamorous/consensual non-monogamous/open relationship, kink/BDSM communities.

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate, explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, which includes mental health care.
You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
